Our story
Floryscent began with a simple belief: buying perfume online should feel inspiring, understandable and safe. We pair emotional storytelling with clear scent maps, honest performance guidance and local service that respects how our customers actually shop.
Our promise
Every Floryscent order is quality checked before dispatch. Product identity, concentration, presentation and sourcing claims are stated plainly on the relevant product page. We never imply authorization or originality that does not exist.
Delivery
Most orders arrive in 2–5 working days depending on city and courier coverage. Delivery estimates are guidance, not guaranteed dates. Tracking appears in your account once assigned.
Exchanges
Eligible unopened items may be requested for exchange within 15 days of delivery. Contact support with your order number so we can guide you through the correct return flow.
